The Miyabi Artisan 6000MCT blades have a core of hard MC63 powder steel covered with 2 layers of ice-hardened stainless steel, CRYODUR®. The blade's cut angle is 19 °. The blade is hammered so called Tsuchime, which gives the knife an elegant appearance and prevents the raw material from sticking on the blade during use. The 6000MCT Series Knives have an ergonomically beautiful handle made of Pakkawood. The knives have lifetime warranty on material and production errors and is manufactured in Seki, Japan.
