Paris is considered to be the flagship product of the Peugeot collection when it comes to mills, as it is available in a large selection of different colours and sizes.

The salt mill is made of wood with a smooth black lacquered surface and is equipped with Peugeot's innovative and patented u'Select grinding mechanism, which provides a perfect grind, whether you want finely ground or coarse salt. u'Select offers the user six different pre-selectable grind settings that you can easily adjust by turning the ring at the base of the grinder to the desired grind size. u'Select has something for everyone!

u'Select has a special salt mechanism consisting of stainless steel that is resistant to salt corrosion and is designed to grind cooking salt for a even grain.

The salt mill can be used to grind different kinds of salt, such as sea salt and rock salt. The salt should be dry and coarse with a diameter of about 4 mm. Note that the salt mill should not be used to grind pepper or other spices, nor moist sea salt such as, for example, Guérande, Ré, etc. because its moisture content is so high that it will corrode the mill.

Clean the grinder with a slightly damp cloth and never use strong detergents or dish soap.
